About the Role – Home Care Support Worker

As a Home Care Support Worker, you will provide essential support to clients in their own homes, helping them live independently, safely, and with dignity.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks

• Assisting with meal preparation and household duties

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Helping clients attend appointments and activities

• Promoting independence and wellbeing
