I wanted to thank you and the team.
While visiting my mum today she seem much happier and healthier than i have seen her look in a long time.
Mum was singing to us most of this evening, songs of the past.
Mum requested a curry from the Dill restaurant which she enjoyed.
This was such a pleasurable visit, like old times

I wondered if you could pass on our thanks onto the ladies who care for my dad.
Dad over the years has mastered some great avoidance tactics , saying that he has done things when he has not,
However , the ladies encourage and support him to do everything that he should.

Sesnha have some great carers on board and i know they do not always get the recognition they deserve.
So just wanted to say a big Thank you .
My Carers help me walk and stretch my legs everyday.
All the carers are really helpful, they keep me mobile by encouraging me to walk with my frame at every call.
I am able to now walk out to my front door , I feel that i am getting stronger.
They always make sure i am safe and my chair is within reach just in case i get tired.
I would like to thank all my carers , they go above and beyond to help me.
I would just like to say that all the carers that we have had since Sesnha started are absolutely brilliant .
They are all cheerful and we have a laugh with them, they are really good company.
They are gentle when they roll my wife , as she has a bad arm, and always make sure that she is comfortable.
I would recommend Sesnha to anybody, the company is well run , professional and friendly.
We were with another company but requested to move to Sesnha and it was the best thing we ever did
Further to my recent phone call I am sad to report That Joy passed away peacefully on the 22/09/23.
The Covid she had suffered from recently has caused her condition of Dementia to worsen and she was no longer eating or drinking properly.
We would like to thank all the carers for the friendly, cheerful and efficient way they looked after Joy.

My carers are kind and considerate they always do everything that i need them to do and more.
I had numerous companies before i was fortunate to have Sesnha and they were useless.
When i got Sesnha it was like i had won the lottery .
I can talk to my carers and they care, this is a really rare quality.
I write to express my Families thanks for the care you gave to our aunty, great aunty and great great aunty, during her final years .
I was born in 1946 and remember Aunt B used to take me and cousin Jennifer out often on Saturday’s when we were young . We spent many happy times together with aunty B and her husband (uncle George)and have several holidays with them.
They had lived in Pearson Avenue since 1958, so it was truly a family home . Amazingly, when they went to move in 1958 the former occupants were still there . After a couple of days grace they moved in , but found that the brother and sister had left and taken all the light fittings- something that’s less likely to happen nowadays .
Clearly i would like to thank all the girls that cared for ‘Trix’ but the only ones I can mention by name are SP, M(affectionately known as mum) who discovered aunty had passed away and FL who relieved the the care staff and remained with ‘Trix’ until the end of her shift when she was relieved by police officer.
It is difficult expressing thanks to people who give personal care to people of advanced years who can often be troublesome, but sometimes amusing, funny and interesting too. I have never underestimated the resolve, kindness and patience it takes to give that care in the right sort of way. Nonetheless, I say thankyou to you all.
